 Please be advised the Kearns Company LPA has closed their offices.  Due to a combination of circumstances including governmental and corporate policies intentionally calculated to decimate the middle class of this country, it is no longer feasible for us to remain open. 

 We very much appreciate the opportunity to serve all of our clients over the last 15 years and apologize that we are not available to assist you at this time. 

 At the present time, Michael A. Kearns, is not practicing law in any capacity.

 Any files which have not been returned to clients or forwarded to other counsel at the instruction of our clients are currently in storage.
